The duties involved training existing and new members of the teaching staff and conducting and holding annual seminars. The topics include Linguistic Theories, Phonology, Pedagogical and Descriptive Grammars, Pronunciation etc. Institute of Business Administration (IBA) have been teaching Business Communication to MBA (Executive)& Dip. in Business Administration. Virtual University of Pakistan have designed and taught a course on Business Communication (45 lectures) for MBA programmes. These lectures were recorded and are televised through its TV Channels. Allama Iqbal Open University: have been teaching Business Communication to MBA programmeat AIOU since1998. have been teaching to MA (TEFL) programme since 2003. The subjects include Grammar, Phonology, EFL in the Classroom, Modern Grammatical Theories. Lahore College Women University: have been teaching MA (TESOL) programme since 2006. The subjects include Pedagogical Grammar, Seminar & Presentation Skill etc.
