Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) has recently extended its name from Ministry of Labour (MOL). MOHRE/MOL is a government entity which proposes federal laws that regulate business and labour affairs as well as controls the implementation of such proposals, manages the business market and proposes labour policies, organizes labour relations to increase productivity and job opportunities. It participates forming the economic and social policy at the national level. It provides services to users according to rules & regulations.My participation towards ministry consists on more than 17 years. During this time I've worked as a Full-Stack Developer / Systems Analyst as well as project manager for some projects. I've developed many major applications individually as well as a team member. These applications are currently surving the ministry and catering thousands of transactions on daily basis.Some of the main projects are listed below:• Tasheel (Bilingual web based application, facilitates users to electronically complete & submit online transactions)• Ora-Menu (Back office windows based multi-module application, processes around 50,000 transactions on daily basis• MOHRE (Ministry's bilingual mobile app with user friendly smart services)
