• Managing overseas and local recruitment agencies for manpower supply.• Grading recruitment agencies’ performance to ensure quality of services and that they meet Company standards. • Develop recruitment and selection techniques and tools for better selection.• Part of a compliance team to put recruitment policies and procedures and meet standards of quality performance.• Update HR reports in the area of recruitment to ensure follow up on processes.• Ensure proper training for staff within the section to meet job requirement and effective performance.• Review recruitment process and liaise with the Divisions on progress, assisting with employees’ complaints and discipline process to cater the needs of new candidates and ensure the best practices happening in recruitment. • Reporting to Group Recruitment Head for all the development, changes and update that occur in The Overseas and local recruitment. • To ensure Al Marai’s job advertisements are fully justified, address the need and layout Quality and the response are being analysed.
