Job Description

The HSE Supervisor for WestLake Property Management (WLPM) is responsible for HSE support for property operations, services, prevent the property damage, HSE Supervisor will work with the line organization to manage and reduce HSE risks. HSE Supervisor will lead HSE programs create a strong HSE culture on the site. This will require working with internal and external groups to provide an integrated site Health Safety Security Environmental program. WLPM utilizes diverse contractor workforces providing a wide range of services for the office and for projects. The HSE Supervisor will work with these contractors to assure the contractors operations fully meet Clients and WLPM HSE requirements. The position will have a working relationship with the Site Safety Manager, each and everything reporting to site Safety Manager.The main function of this job is the implementation and inspection of the Weatherford Global site, Protection Program, to ensure that Welding, Working @ height & Lifting activities comply to the national legislation and to advise the business unit on all matters pertaining to operations with Controlling Material.
