Assist in managing DHA Karachi's Treasury Department in all aspects. Assist in preparation of investment outlook, analysis, and recommendations for the Investment Committee for executive decision-making. Working on the advance/lending side of banking, prepare credit line proposal, provide customer support services, Visits, Inspections, educating existing and potential new customers of banking product and services available to cater customer needs. Coordinating various departments specially credit compliance department to ensure smooth flow and finalization of Credit application, highlighting associated risks involved in the application and steps taken to mitigate the risk. Coordinate Compliance, Credit, Trade, External Audit, Shariah Audit and regulatory matters. Manage follow ups / correspondence / settlement instructions with all relevant stakeholders diligently and act as a custodian of all documents

 Perform a variety of professional accounting functions supporting operations; maintain accuracy of general, revenue, and expenditure ledgers and subsidiary financial systems. Reconcile financial ledgers and records; prepare financial statements and reports, general and subsidiary ledgers and resolve discrepancies. Review and audit all accounts payable, purchase orders, cash receipts, payroll, utility billing, and other accounting records and transactions; ensure money is posted to correct accounts and that all accounts balance. Prepare bank reconciliations and related journal entries for a variety of accounts.  Complete Audit of sale and purchase cycle, Bank receiving and payment voucher, taxable expanses & purchase of raw materials. Managing all employee’s data & Payroll Processing. Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual sale commission and incentive reports. Stock reconciliation & stock planning.  Reconciling Trail Balance & Closing balances.  Reconciling Income statement & balance sheets. Experienced in controlling Debtors & Creditors and preparation of debtors & Creditors Outstanding list and reporting to Management Well versed in preparation of Province wise Monthly Collection Report.
