The human brain is a insane place, and although that’s is a fact two things I find the most enticing is the growth marketing and product. One, the challenge of communicating in a way that persuades and convinces consumers always requires optimization, so you are optimizing for something that is both rational and irrational. Next, the concept of consumer logic and how rational yet irrational it can be. The same thinking in marketing i apply in leadership, because whether you’re connecting with consumers or with your team, you’re connecting with the fun irrationality of their logic in order to bring ideas together, influence an outcome, and also optimize and scale for future growth.Previously, I led the davaco merchandising team, bringing together new ideas to market, and prior to joining LGCY, I worked in WFG marketing across with insurance and solar services industries helping companies generate revenue Outside of work, I serve on the board of directors of a non-profit start up in human services, an organization committed to improving the society and success of young adults in life skills. I help young adults in my neighborhood get there licenses designed to create responsible and confident drivers; and I’m an avid musician, athlete, and Yogi. I also consider my a “Kitchen Captain” and can sometimes be spotted cheffing up a meal.
