My work encompasses driving performance for some of the world's largest advertisers, to being a part of the growth team at Shook. Current employee number 8 at Shook when I joined. Tasks included but were not limited to:- Project Management of client projects with excellent customer service - Providing consultation to clients, partners, and colleagues on performanceadvertising. This includes driving ROAS and conducting creative analysis for clients to gather next steps for how content should be iterated based on performance marketing KPIs- Working as a part of the "New Business" team at Shook, collaborating closely with the Head of Growth. I help to bring in and upsell some of our largest clients, at 5 figures of MRR, with both SaaS and managed onboarding services.- Participating in product development, marketing, and HR related activities. Working closely with the development team at Shook to ensure our SaaS platform drives the most value for customers.- Producing insights on marketing performance- Planning, scriptwriting, filming, editing, and reviewing video assets
