• Studying project specifications, reviewing project design concept, design drawing and bill of quantities.• Revising equipment selection (Chillers, AHUs, Fans, Pumps,…) according to design and loads calculation. • Revising project calculation (static calculation, hydraulic calculation). • Revising project shop drawings with reference to design drawings, local and international codes. • Revising material submittals (Fittings, pipes, ducts,…). • Insuring quality of materials prior to site arrival (Chillers, AHUs, Fans, Pumps,…). • Inspecting arrived material at site and validating its matching the approved material submittal. • Site inspection for all mechanical trades (HVAC-Fire fighting - Plumbing), ensuring the highest quality, complying with project specifications, local and international codes. • Replying to SCR (site clarification requests) regarding any deviation from design due to site conditions. • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, highlighting the project mile stones, completion percentage and deviation from deadlines.• Site commissioning and start up. • Revising contractors’ interim and final payment. • Revising As-built drawings, ensuring erected work location is matching the drawings.
