BAs engage directly with the public via social media, public events, and personal networks. BAs promote the benefits of our self-study leader training and Resilience-Building Leadership Professional® (RBLP) certification. RBLP certification is for people that have served in a Supervisor position or are seeking a supervisory position with at least two years of full-time work or college experience. RBLP is our core leadership and appropriate for 80% of the workforce.
