I gathered a team consists of talented young web and mobile developers, UI/UX designers, system admins, and DevOps in less than 2 months to develop a well-featured ticket booking platform. I could reduce the development lifecycle by streamlining processes through the implementation of Six Sigma, motivating and training employees, upgrading tools and technologies, improving project management, and instilling accountability. As a result, we could deliver a 12-month project within 4 months. My Working Experiences at IRANTIC:• Implementation of Micro-Service Architecture: We re-architected the monolithic old version of the project to a micro-serviced new one and established high stability, performance, and scalability in a previous failing environment. Its micro-services are written using PHP Lumen micro-framework, ASP.NET Core, and Go and orchestrated thanks to Kubernetes.• .NET Core Development: Alongside team management, I was responsible for developing multiple critical microservices based on ASP .NET Core 2.1 Web API with DI/IoC, DDD and CQRS approaches with the Mediator and Repository Pattern. Also, we used RabbitMQ for messaging and highly available queues.• Business duties: I was responsible for innovation and velocity in product management, engineering and development, implementation, support, utilization, and continuous cooperation with the marketing department, stakeholders, and CEO.

Rasa is a startup company working on cow milking measurement. I was responsible for software architecture and electronic team management.My Working Experiences at Rasa:• Client-Server Application: I developed the server application using PHP Laravel as the back-end technology with MySQL database and React.js as front-end. But The client application was supposed to run on Raspberry Pi computers. So, I developed a lite and high-performance backend for it using Node.js and MongoDB as storage. Its front-end, as well as the server application, was React.js. The connection between these applications was based on RESTful API.• Other Experiences: Getting familiar with hardware designing problems and concerns, industrial design, 3D printing, molding, veterinary issues, environmental concerns, etc.

Meeting some guys who were talented PHP developers, at the time while I was going to found my own company, was the key point to consider PHP as the main programming language of my new team.Over these 6 years, I have managed a team of 5 - 15 developers and designers while I started to learn PHP and play the role of developer among the team.My Working Experiences at Saynatech:• Project Management: I managed and delivered multiple large-scale and highly-featured web and mobile app projects on time and within budget. It automatized the whole process of getting orders from Dentists until producing a tooth in the lab under ISO standards. This project had a lot of complex front-end features that I developed with pure JavaScript.• Web Scraping: For some directory-browsing projects which I mentioned above, I used Python for web crawling and extracting data and storing it to the MongoDB database. • Source Control: For a short time, we used SVN as a source control tools and then we migrated to Git.• Agile & SCRUM: Implementing Agile methodology with SCRUM. In some projects I played the role of SCRUM Master, and Product Owner for some others.• Linux Servers Management: Upping and running bare metal and cloud servers from scratch. Starting to use open source CMS. I delivered so many websites using WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, and DotNetNuke to clients. Getting familiar and struggling with those CMSs, gave me a clear vision of the features of a good web application and this affected my future projects. Also, I designed and implemented a highly featured directory-website named MaskanCar using ASP.NET during that time.

We were working on a large-scale international enterprise application and I was responsible for Implementing the equipment diagram design feature of this application. It was the starting point to learn WPF in my career. In the end, I made up a user-friendly CAD module to handle the designing of electrical and telecommunications plans.

I worked as a freelancer at www.freelancer.com for a short period. I have completely done and delivered multiple websites developed by ASP.NET.

I started web development using ASP.NET during the cooperation with this association and I have learned N-Tier architecture, struggled with SQL Server, ADO.NET, and LINQ as server-side technologies and HTML, CSS, and jQuery for client-side.Meanwhile, I started to study design patterns and concepts of security for web applications.

I have started to learn the basics of computer science and programming during the university and was enthusiastic about subjects such as data structure, algorithm design, the Turing machine, compilers, Assembly, Pascal, and C. But I had not been satisfied just on school lessons. So, I decided to dive deep into C, C++, and VC++ by my own. After a while, I stepped into the .NET world by getting familiar with C# and developed various small and production projects using C#.NET and VB.NET which the most important one was an ERP (Windows application) for carwashes.
