As a freelancer data analyst, I connected Power Bi to Azure data platform service (e.g., Azure SQL). The data is extracted, cleaned, and modified through power query, built a data model and created relationships between clean tables and analyse (using DAX). In addition, I analysed user behaviour (e.g., Users: new, active, inactive in the past month, request for assignment) and financial data (e.g., cash flow account payables and receivables., Customer Acquisition Cost, monthly recurring revenue) to identify KPIs and dashboards to measure their growth and determine areas of improvement within their operations.
