1. Regulate operations through SCADA systems as well as oversees the plant physically during operation to ensure smooth production.2. Follow-up production related issues and perform troubleshooting, fault findings and diagnostics.3. Inspects all machine equipment and notify respective units to resolve issues in case of necessary.4. Investigating causes of accidents and other unsafe conditions.5. Evaluate risks and hazards and suggest for corrective action.6. Record and compile operational data for future references and operation adjustments.7. Gather and interpret information of production and reports to Production Manager.8. Coordinate and communicate continuously with Plant Operator, Maintenance team, Boiler Operator, and Packing Supervisor to ensure non-stop production.
