Head of Order-To-Bill Department:Key Responsibilities:• Managing a team of Manager of Managers and a department of 300+ employees.• Setting strategy and direction for the department.• Defining and meeting service levels for operations.Finance & Performance:• Budget preparation & follow-up - Workforce/HC internal/CAPEX/OPEX/Agility ratio (External/Internal)/Productivity.• Performance preparation and review.• Manage partner relations and associated performance.Human as a service - People & Culture:• People Management – Define and implement Recruitment strategies, Retention Plans, Talent Management.• Define and Implement the company’s organizational structure in order to streamline the management structure and empower front line managers.• Develop Security/Anti-corruption awareness, ISO9K/20K/27K knowledge.• Develop Survey for Employee Sat measurement.Customer satisfaction:• Develop customer satisfaction with a focus on end-user.• Contribute to the knowledge management, best practices and lessons learned to share.• Streamline End-to-End processes in the customer environment.• Generalize Survey for Customer Satisfaction measurement.• Develop internal customer partnerships (governance, reporting, partner satisfaction, performance and optimization).Project Management:• Contribute to transversal project and lead or sponsor project.• Develop and optimize Service Centers: Manage growth and develop new activities.Digital Innovation and Continuous Process improvement:• Automate and industrialize processes.• Develop Digital Tools• Ensure that proper Business Continuity Plans exist and are tested on all activities.• Adapt Agile governance.
