Sr. Quality Assurance
Current→ Responsible to Ensure Quality of (Knit and Woven) all Kinds of Products from Sample Develop to Shipment.→ Ensure the KPI of the Observed Quality Level (OQL) is maintained the given target with stability to meet the defined (AQL)→ Monitoring the effectiveness of the supplier`s Quality Management System (QMS) and provide Suggestion to the,→ Monitoring supplier`s top three defects and relevant reports, root cause analysis, and corrective actions then involve optimizing with proper coaching and guiding to all stakeholders.→ Approving shade bands mainly for garment dyed and critical wash programs,→ Work with line Manager to initiate and follow up CAPs for necessary improvement areas for quality, product safety, in process and system Development,→ Visits factories every day to develop & train our quality system for make them self-reliant,→ Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, merchandising, QC and fabric team, with regards to product quality,→ Train and Coach from time to time and update them on all of ongoing changes,→ Conduct Risk Assessment and Make sure all product safety concerns/elements (Prong ring fasteners, buttons, studs, bows, draw codes, appliques etc.)are addressed to meet standards at the Fit Sample level to secure the bulk production and its consistency.→ product-construction & packaging audit are to be completed Combined PO/line audits are to be done depends on production status,→ Involve following up on all rechecks for Goods audits,→ ensuring rechecks are done in the Correct Manner with the right Quality which is not compromised.→ Able to make moisture control procedures/ Mold prevention procedures/ Bugs control procedure,→ Make sure all product safety concerns/elements (Prong ring fasteners, buttons, buttons, studs, bows, draw codes, appliques etc.) are identified to meet standards at the fit sample level to secure the bulk production and its consistency.Products: Woven, Denims, Knit, shirt, Outwear, kids wear, Jackets.
