Employer Liaison, Employment Ontario
Current- Providing culturally sensitive employment services including intake and assessment, one-on-one and group employment counselling for internationally trained newcomers
- Developing potential contacts with new employers using employer engagement, sourcing, and networking skills
- Demonstrating outreach activities such as cold calls, mass mailings, and employer visits as required
- Extensively managing case management for clients including resume building and training
- Liaising with community professionals and employers to check for new employment opportunities for clients
- Monitoring placements, overseeing plans of action, and conducting follow-ups with clients
