Passionate about driving change in education, I am a development professional with over two years of experience in educational leadership, community engagement, and data-driven decision-making. Currently serving as a Teach For Bangladesh Fellow, I work within an under-resourced school in Chattogram, where I lead a diverse group of 300 students and mentor fellow teachers to create an engaging and impactful learning environment. My approach incorporates Social Emotional Learning, Blended Learning, and interactive methods to foster growth and resilience among students.Through multiple community projects, including Project Ashar Alo and Project Moshal, I have empowered economically disadvantaged youth by building awareness on social issues, promoting entrepreneurship, and providing financial literacy.
