Emerging Travel Group is a global travel tech company operating travel brands Rate Hawk, Roundtrip and Zenhotels in over 220 markets.Here, I work with a B2B branch that includes 4 different products for travel agents and business travel managers all over the world.In ETG I do the following:• Provide crucial and deep insights about the user experience that support product development and help to form strategic moves• Work closely inside the product team, along with product managers, designers and analytics to advocate the voice of the user and be ready to help with useful data • Initiate research when necessary and lead teams to see the value of user research, identify the possible points where we could be helpful • Make my contribution to improvements of the process inside the user research team and between others: for instance, offered a new way to create research briefs to save time and effort for both researchers and the internal client.My most significant results here so far are:• Initiated pre-release UX testing of a brand-new mobile application for hoteliers and supported a beta test in parallel. It helped to bring the product to the market in accordance with all the main needs and improve our MVP significantly.• Carried out vast discovery research on CJM of our travel agents of different types. This study helped the team to understand the audience deeper than before, and its elements were used to construct the product's development strategy for 2024.
