• Scope identification, project planning and resource allocation based on the requirement of projects.• Process setup (BKMs) from ordering of material till the receipt of material for the new Lam Manufacturing Facility in Malaysia.• Prepare PFMEA and highlight the major risks and steps for mitigation.• Coordinate with global stakeholders to overcome the issues related to packaging in different Lam subsidiaries around the globe.• Arrange the timely submission of first article inspection reports (FAIR) by suppliers and get approval from FAIR team.• Involve in design reviews with higher management on getting the approval for packaging of critical components of ETCH, DEP products.• Strategy for onboarding of suppliers/manufacturer for the maintaining global supply of packaging material.• Problem solving and decision making based on the criticality of situation.• Aligning for the development of new packaging for existing products to ensure product safety.• Coordinate for design review with engineering and for supply chain sourcing strategy with business team.• Work with warehouse teams and industrial engineers for the shop-floor setup and maintaining continuous flow of material• Conduct RCCA for the global issues related to packaging material faced by different entities.• Establish and maintain viable relationships with suppliers based on mutual trust and respect.

• Lead project planning and execution, adhering to the Stage-gate model and organizational processes.• Facilitate communication between customers and engineering design team for G.A drawing approvals.• Develop procurement plans, project calculations, and budgets, allocating resources efficiently.• Coordinate finalization of bought-out equipment and obtain customer approval on GA drawings.• Utilize MS Project tool to create comprehensive project schedules.• Maintain project monitoring and cost review documents per organizational standards.• Coordinate equipment Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) approval and customer inspections.• Prepare billing breakdowns and obtain client approval.• Submit monthly progress reports to customer officials.• Coordinate between departments like Design, Production, and Procurement.• Expedite urgent material procurement by liaising with vendors.• Oversee material dispatch and ensure timely payment collection.• Provide on-site support during project execution, particularly in cement grinding unit projects.• Manage site operations and coordinate with contractors for timely project completion.• Ensure fulfillment of performance guarantee parameters and client satisfaction with equipment.

• Oversee complete assembly of Pick & Carry cranes.• Develop weekly and monthly production plans for the assembly shop.• Ensure smooth material flow along the production line.• Maintain shop-floor organization using 5S quality methodology.• Plan day-to-day production activities.• Generate and discuss material shortage reports with relevant departments.• Prepare weekly production reports.• Address customer inquiries regarding their machines.
