I am a Chemical Engineer who graduated from JK Lakshmipat University, equipped with extensive expertise in diverse aspects of process safety management. My experience encompasses conducting comprehensive studies such as HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study), HAZID (Hazard Identification), QRA (Quantitative Risk Assessment), SIL (Safety Integrity Level) Classification, and more.Previously, I served as a Consulting Engineer at DEKRA India Pvt Ltd, where I provided valuable insights and guidance on engineering projects with a strong emphasis on ensuring process safety. During my tenure, I honed my skills in the field of process safety management, acquiring in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience.Furthermore, I undertook internships at RCF Mumbai, where I actively contributed to the Nitric Acid plant, and at IOCL, where I gained valuable exposure to Lubricant Marketing in the Delhi region. These internships allowed me to apply my expertise in practical settings, further enhancing my understanding of the industry.I also had the privilege of working as a Process Safety Officer at Serum Institute of India, where my responsibilities included overseeing process safety protocols, conducting thorough FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) assessments, facilitating HAZOP studies, and managing various aspects of chemical risk management. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in incident investigations and ensuring gas cylinder safety, among other vital tasks.Currently, I hold the position of Senior Engineer in Process Safety and Loss Prevention at Einblick Consulting Engineer, Vadodara office. In this capacity, I am entrusted with the supervision and execution of a wide range of safety studies for Refineries and Chemical Plants. These studies include HAZOP analysis, SIL Classification, Emission studies, FMEA implementation, RAM assessment, and other pertinent processes aimed at safeguarding operations and mitigating risks.
