• Planning and executing daily production and Dispatch.• Plan with production business manager for raw materials planning, hardware consumables and Subcon requirements as per order.• Responsible for raw materials storage and handling various production operations of Piston rod guide,knuckles and Hego Boss as per SOP.• Co-ordination and expedite with vendors for timely delivery of Subcon Materials.• Co-ordination with customers QA/QC documents, Engineering Drawing, Prepare MDCC report and services satisfactions.• Daily Report to head of department for production and dispatch report.• Prepare the daily MIS and production confirmation in microsoft Excel on the basic of production.• Responsible for maintaining and operations of the CNC Machine for allocated production area.• Responsible for the good housekeeping of production floor as per 5S.• Daily monitoring of shop floor work and manpower utilization.• Co-ordination with QA/Store/Purchase department for any query in related documents.• Responsible for training to workers and operators that how operates CNC Machine, cylindrical grinder and VMC Machine.• Understand drawing, specifications and process requirements of the order.• Maintain and update ISO/TS 16949:2009 documentation.• Quality control using Six Sigma, 7QC Tools, Kaizen, 8D and 5 Why's process on shop floor.
