In my role as a Client Partner for our Healthcare Payer clients, I help clients strategize, design and deliver Digital platform solutions. These include laying down strategies for Cloud Migration for existing and new platforms and products, building an effective data strategy and laying down the base to build effective business solutions using AI and Analytics While in this role, our major solutions have been delivering new customer experience platforms (SPA, AngularJS, microservices), large scale CRM migration, Saas based platforms delivery and cloud migration strategy as part of a larger application modernization strategy. We are also leading efforts to transform the client to a product-based organization guided by Agile principles, which has included introduction of policies and process to streamline delivery, optimize cost, and improve quality of deliverables.

While in this role I directed a team of Business Domain Specialists, Project Managers, Scrum Masters and Software Engineers including both onsite and offshore members, holding P&L responsibility for engagements valued from $1M ‐ $10M that included architecture, technical design, planning, budget, project management, development and transition to operational support.Projects included migration of five LOBs from a legacy claims platform to the Trizetto Facets claims platform.

This position was a hybrid role with responsibility for leading client delivery teams in development of APIs for portal integrations to the claims platform, while also managing the IBM IIB product strategy and delivery for engagements with the clients. I had oversight for a 35-member globally distributed team on multiple technology streams of a large scale migration to Trizetto Facets. Managed the IBM IIB product team and established product vision and strategy of delivering client initiatives for all engagements using the IBM IIB product.

At Fabica I was assigned to a leading California healthcare payer and led a 15-member development team in a global delivery model to launch an Enterprise API platform integrating a new claims and eligibility platform in Trizetto Facets. We designed and developed 50+ web services to migrate a legacy web application to an SOA based solution using SOAP/XML API’s on IBM Websphere Message Broker. Other work included building multiple components of the ESB platform which integrated several apps across the enterprise using protocols including MQ,, SOAP/XML, and FTP.We also integrated a new B2B platform (EDIFECS) with Facets using IBM IIB (WMB) to migrate legacy SeeBeyond EDI platform to a new architecture.

In this role I designed and developed mission critical applications and voice based solutions for multiple clients, including start-ups and large retail clients.

As an Engineer at Rightnow (now part of Oracle) I developed and tested voice apps for the RightNow Contact Center Experience application in the Rightnow CX product suite.
