Operations Management Specialist
Current• Plan and coordinate receiving of international shipments into the warehouse.• Arrange storage and allocation for outstation dispatch units according to the order from theclients.• Coordinate outstation dispatch to all the Canadian provinces excluding Ontario, schedulelogistics team and routes.• Request and analyze the quotes for shipments from logistic contractors ensuring reasonablepricing.• Prepare work schedules for the warehouse team, resolve delays in dispatch, ensure thedelivery of the shipment as per the schedule.• Prepare inventory reports, outstation dispatch reports, incoming shipment reports, and analyzeclient feedback reports to resolve complaints.• Train warehouse team on their duties, company policies, and safety protocols.• Proficient in using Accounting Software- QuickBooks Enterprise
