Cleaned up the 90+ A/R by 80%, helping to increase revenue by $2 million/month. Assisted with coding and proper billing for hospital and infusion visits. Created training manual for providers to ensure that proper documentation was captured during their consults & visits. Implemented new billing superbills and proper tracking of visits to ensure maximum income was captured.
