Responsible for the full credit cycle (acquisition, portfolio management and collections policy) for cards businesses across the region (Asia, Middle East, Africa & Eastern Europe).

Responsible for the full origination process, both operational & credit for all asset products. The role involved managing processes for both scorecard driven products (cards, loans, autos etc) and manual judgemental decisioning products (high value secured loans, SME loans etc). Team of 1500+ people spread across the region and part of the set-up team for India, Pakistan & Russia. Spearheading the implementation of credit origination systems & optimising bureau usage for decisioning across the region (Asia, Africa, Middle East & Eastern Europe).
