As a Psychologist, I use talk and play therapies designed specifically for children and their unique family situations. I aim for children to feel understood and heard while helping parents gain insight and tangible strategies that can impact the dynamic of the entire family. I treat a range of disorders such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, and behavior problems. I am one of very few licensed clinicians offering Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) in Bergen County and I also offer Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE). With compassion, knowledge and energy, I offer hope, support, and solutions that help children thrive. In addition to my clinical roles, I also provide supervision to non-licensed graduate students working to earn certification in PCIT. Supervision is provided weekly or bi-weekly and focuses on treatment planning, case conceptualization, risk assessments, professionalism, and note-taking/documentation.
