•Supported the RAVEN project (Reduce Avoidable Hospitalizations using Evidence-based Interventions for Nursing Facility Residents): designed training material for 18 nursing facilities in PA, gave suggestions to the facilities on performance improvement and team building using Lean Methodology, and wrote observation reports to help the staff improve quality and efficiency in providing treatment•Supported the Virtual Senior Center Project, which is designed to provide socially enriching activities to 35,000 homebound seniors: designed the questionnaire for online class evaluation, managed 12 interns to audit 20 classes, compared their class ratings to seniors’ feedback, and generated a report detailing recommendations for program improvement
