22 years in the Creative Communication and Design industry has taught me a lot... from basic freelance marketing to managing individual productions, to operations, IT, financial planning, restructuring business model, diversification, backward/forward integration, developing partner network to leading a whole organisation I have been through it all and done that...Working with diverse industry verticals has helped me gain deep insights into the working of various business and industries. Add to this is the 20+ years working with various Government vertical at all levels right from the bottom of the pyramid to the highest office of the country (The Prime Minster's office). What give me immense satisfaction and sense of achievement is journey of driving an organisation from Debt and verge of bankruptcy to success, stability, sustainability and most important profitability.... all this while helping the organisation diversify from an animation unit in 2020 to trusted Audio-visual production house in the first decade of the 21st century and then successfully foraying into Exhibitions, Events and Experience Centres including Museums and winning multiple National Awards.For me life is journey which has no end... just that the destination keeps changing as the journey progresses...Never written my CV as I never needed to apply anywhere... don't intend to write one atleast in the immediate future... I believe opportunity will find it's way to me...On 1st March 2020 I finally took the bow and bid adieu to the organisation that I called home… a organisation that I will always proudly proclaim as my own… Then came the great global lockdown and it gave me the opportunity to sit back and introspect and also learn new things… I completed a specialization course in Applied AI from IBM and a Communications in a Virtual Age Course from Coursera along with some small self-development courses…Empty mind is the devil's workshop they say... I think otherwise... now that the slate was clear and the mind empty there was enuf space to think and put something new in there. That's when the idea of ABC Talkies clicked, not very exciting at the start but with the empty mind and space to think, ideas started evolving and taking shape and things came to life over a year... What happens next... time will tell
