• Process billings (estimated, reconciliation, final) and coordinate all aspects of billing,such as billing dates, billing schedule and supporting documentation if necessary, inaccordance with client requirements• Prepare and distribute the billing package, including any back up documentation as perclient requirements and Agency’s instructions.• Monitoring the transaction workflow (billing and cash receipting) and ensure timelyprocessing accordingly to SLA.• Understand the billing and cash receipting processes and its various control.• Prepare and update the unbilled report and WIP report.• Unbilled media meeting with Agency.• To perform take up, transfer job and close job function.• Run the client statements and save in shared folder.• Prepare Inter-company billing and Recharge.• Follow up Inter-company receipting from Citi-Direct, prepare and reconciliation thepayment received from Inter-Company.• Input Cash Receipting based on the payment advice received from Credit Control teams,clients and Inter-Company on timely manner.• Update weekly outstanding receipts and follow up receipt queries.• Manage and priorities billing workload to ensure deadlines are maintained.• Ensure data verification, reconciliation, transaction processing, business control rulesand process flow activities are completed accurately, applied correctly and in sequence,as per the defined business process instructions.• Provide accurate Invoices and agreed supporting documents to clients to enable promptprocessing and payment.
