An insurtech startup working to drive insurance adoption through technology. Bimaplan is building India's largest insurtech platform to provide essential insurance products to people currently underserved by existing solutions and lacking access to formal risk protection. I have joined as an EIR in Founder's office and am currently working on critical projects for building the org.

Worked as a part of Transforming Agriculture for Smallholder Farmers team within the non profit with objective of poverty alleviation- Launched a report "Small Farmers and Climate Change: Voices from the field" - Worked end-to-end on planning, conducting interviews with 200+ farmers across 8 districts, data analysis and creating report- Launched "Agri - IKIGAI solutions" report to identify farming practices that are good for the farmer, environment & the consumer - involved secondary research, expert conversations and interviews with farmers to document their experiences

Early team member of a non profit organization working to address lack of quality higher education programs & aspirational jobs for rural women, helped in building it from scratch.- Partnered with 50+ organizations for identification of women candidates, conducting workshops, hiring of students for full time roles etc.- Mobilized 30 women from 6 states to join the residential job training for 9 months- Led end-to-end placements for 24 young rural women in NGOs & social enterprises with monthly salaries ranging between 13k to 27k: recorded 100% placements- Drafted 15+ interactive modules on English & Digital Literacy which are contextualized for rural women- Facilitated 200+ in-person sessions & 200+ virtual sessions with 150+ learners- Contributed to 2 crowdfunding campaigns to fundraise a total of 45 lakhs as a team- Also donned multiple hats to work on mentoring, operations, alumni management, volunteer management.

Underwent a series of online and offline trainings, to understand more effective ways of problem solving in the social sector. Interacted with other fellows who are also on the mission of bringing social change through their organizations.
