-Handlings full set accounts.-Maintain interface with departmental personnel to provide information to verify or support records and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures of different countries; prepare reports & correspondence and answer enquiries internally and externally regarding finance and accounting information.-Liaise extensively with colleagues or/and financial institutions domestically and abroad across various countries.-Liaise with Auditors to complete any assignment given.-Responsible in assisting Finance Manager for the preparation of the financial reports includingcash flow management.-Administers, monitors and invoice processing of the services provided, purchases in Eskersystem and claims for employees as well the payment and resolved the issues in a timelymanner.-Prepare petty cash for staff claims, update and keep track of staff advance account.-Keep record of all Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF and E) with the supporting documents.-Maintain account for Intercompany Accounts Receivables transaction.-Monitor the payment procedures and processes for the Vendor Payment via CIMB BizChanneland SWIFT.-Prepare billing for payroll processing fee based on the headcount, billing for project cost basedon seat capacity in every quarter and chargeback billing for internal Airasia Group.-Prepare monthly Aging and AR Report for internal customers and identify all the aged duecustomers and follow up for payment.-Prepare credit card unbilled transaction for the payment and perform chargeback billing forinternal Airasia group.-Advice and suggest some accounting process and postings for any adjustment to the BusinessUnits.-Create new working templates for the manual billing every month in order to simplify andaccuracy in the working file before the billing is done.-Continuous improvements on the day to day jobs in order to simplify and standardize theworkflow.-Perform SST Report.

-Manage the day-to-day accounting budget,management reports and annual accounts in accordance with statutory requirements and company policies.-Prepare company annual return reports such as trial balance, profit and loss and statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement.-Perform bank reconciliation in UBS.-GST Accounting entries, calculation and submission of GST Form-3 using UBS Accounting software.-GST Accounting entries using SQL Accounting software.-Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewingprofessional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.-Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.-Knowledge in using software to prepare all relevant accounts and GST calculation.-Prepare audit framework and draft account for small, medium and dormant company.-Compile reports after signed back by Directors and assist seniors in audit fieldwork on profit andloss section for medium size company.-Prepare the audit working papers using the Audit Express software (AXP).-Prepare queries for clients if there are any missing invoices or information and letter of requestof audit for client.-Liaise with professionals such as Tax agent, Auditors, Accountants and Secretary to complete any assignment given.-Review junior’s work on GST accounting transaction, tax codes, classification and GST Form 3.-Give training to new staff in using UBS software, accounting entries and GST accounting transaction.
