In my present organization, I started my career in a technical department where in I played a key role in its setting up as well. I have a Masters degree in Science and could translate my technical knowledge into practice. Apart from the technical profile, i was involved with the other aspects that are needed to run a department e.g. quality, cost control, man management, interrelationship with other departments. I learnt the skill of multitasking which is a crucial requirement in today’s working environment. As the organization grew, its needs changed with the changing market expectations. I was given the opportunity to learn and upgrade my technical knowledge and organizational skills. As part of my own personal development plan, I opted for a lateral move in the organization. I joined the HR dept as Manager - HR. Along with an MBA and the move in HR I am now able to utilize my vast functional and operational experience in contributing more at a management level. Have now been promoted to Sr. Manager - HR.Specialties: Commitment to task at hand, adaptability, flexibility and a team player are my personal strengths. Presently handling a complete HR profile in the organization including coordination and management of Payroll of the entire organization, handling of statutory audits w.r.t Salary, Technical audits.
