* Managing the company's supply portfolio ensuring transparency of spending* Generating and implementing efficient sourcing* Analyzing and calculating costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure* Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency* Discover and partner with trustworthy vendors and suppliers* Determine quantity and timing of deliveries

* Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best cost and service for the business* Support and work with Group Head of Sourcing to source new suppliers and rationalize spend* Involve in the analysis of retail market, competitors to develop strategic sourcing strategy and business goal for the company* Sourcing the highest quality raw materials for the factory to produce the ranges* Reviewing the materials previously used and identifying areas for improvement in quality and design* Researching the materials required and sourcing the best suppliers to deliver* Negotiating cost and terms* Analyzing product data to forecast volume of materials required* Management of budgets* Developing and maintaining strong supplier relationships*Follow up with the production team for the garment delivery.*Check for the fabric, Style details and hurdle faced at the production*Creating and implementing a visual merchandising strategy for the store.*Finalizing designs and creating detailed floor plans for display areas.*Sourcing the props, creative materials, and accessories for displays.*Analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results.*I am Strong in communication and interpersonal skills.*Researching lifestyle and design trends that will inform the visual merchandising strategy.*Changing displays to promote new product launches or to reflect festive or seasonal themes.

* Manage the product development process from end to end for assigned styles from seasonal kick off through to commercialization* Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to provide effective transition from brief/design through to development “buy-ready” commercialization, on time, within the agreed margin parameter and at the required quality standards.
