In this position, I have been tasked with:Advising Team Leaders in regards to employee relations, performance and discipline. Assisting and advising employees with work related matters. Administering various human resources plans and procedures for divisional company personnel; assisting in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual. Performing all benefits administration. Participating in executive and administrative staff meetings and attending other meetings and seminars. Maintaining the HRIS records and compiling reports from database. Recommending new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.

Here my nature of job was to bring in trainers for various training batches. I was also at the same time involving with Employee Relationship and Management tasks.
