Shalini created Ready Set Jet as a solution after meeting 1000's of time-starved women worldwide: juggling their beauty routine amidst their fast-paced lives. Leveraging her extensive experience in the beauty industry, conceptualized her third beauty brand to cater to women of all ages and skin tones. By combining her expertise with the undeniable allure of travel, she seized the opportunity to tap into the rising trend of minimalist beauty, a thirst for travel and create a multi-use, effortless globally inspired beauty brand for busy women all over the world.

Power Beauty Living is 501(c)3 a social empowerment platform for women with events and workshops designed to give women insight on how to live a more balanced, beautiful and blissful life. Giving them the tools and mentorship from top female thought leaders in business and lifestyle from around the globe so they may feel like a warrior on the inside, while looking gorgeous on the outside and living an all around balanced life. In 2019, we take Power Beauty Living to the next level by creating a skills development beauty program for disenfranchised girls in India.
