Coordination of training needs and information resource for Texas Mutual personnel with an emphasis in claims and medical personnel. Provide departmental administrative support and reporting for training and various other claims initiatives.Highlights:— Coordination and reporting of Continuing Education Credits (CEU), Insurance Professional Development (IPD), and other educational programs for Texas Mutual employees;— Coordination with external vendors of CEU training opportunities for Texas Mutual employees;— Tracking and reporting of training activities to Claims management upon request;— Submission of new course material to Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) for CEU certification thru Sircon program;— Prepare, distribute and report of evaluation scores for CEU classroom courses;— Regular maintenance of various departmental databases;— Support of projects that directly impact the Claims department personnel;— Preparation of monthly reports for management, along with tracking of departmental budget;— Maintain departmental inventory and supplies.
