Purchase and delivery of grain (white and yellow maize, wheat, sunflower) from suppliers (Senwes and farmers) to the customer (Mill) (Premier. Foods, Pioneer Foods, Tiger Brand) within specified times and invoicing.  RESPONSIBILITIES: Account ManagementDevelop account strategies in accordance with the overall Customer StrategyConduct regular reviews of business performance and promotion strategies. Manage and develop strong day to day relationship with account representatives Pricing and NegotiationDevelop proposals, negotiate terms and conditions and implement contractual agreements with assigned accounts (with accountability for delivering strong financial results Promotion and CommunicationDevelop optimal promotional plan and manage promotional investments. Communicate and coordinate all queries with clients Customer Relationship ManagementDevelop understanding of customer needs, their operations and strategic objectives. Develop strong customers’ working relationship Supply Chain and Distribution ManagementDevelop and maintain strong executive relationships with all stakeholders. Customers Billings, Proof of delivery and payments of logistics, stock losses/gains claims.Manage stock in accordance to project management plan (Logistics) Account Financial ManagementDrive the achievement of account sales budgets in terms of volume.Forecast, budget and track account revenues and cost. Maintain general ledger by reconciliation reports, posting, run balancing functions, investigate and correct missing integrations, prepare provisions and journals ReportingProvide weekly and month end supporting schedules to customers, market traders, logistics department and Financial Manager as per progress report of monthly contracts and price change thereofAssist Financial Manager with ad hoc tasks, budgets and clear outstanding items. Implement recommendation by the Internal Audit Department Manage and/or supervise subordinates

 RESPONSIBILITIES: Effective management of stock, creditors, debtors, grain management, market traders (SAFEX brokers) Maintain general ledger accounts by posting sub modules, run balancing function, investigate and correct missing integration, prepare journal entries Prepare general ledger control account reconciliation and clear outstanding items Monitor and report on external and Senwes silos’ transactions to be processed on SAP correctly Report on the open positions (SAFEX) in communication with internal marketers

 RESPONSIBILITIES: Preparation of Financial Statements/Report and ensure that they reflect a true and accurate financial picture  Consolidation Financial Statements/Report branches and regions Preparation and monitor of Annual budget Budgetary Control Maintain general ledger accounts by posting sub modules, run balancing function, investigate and correct missing integration, prepare journal entries Ensure that the financial transactions comply with IFRS, legislation and policies and procedures Review weekly and monthly results / Costs (Gross and Net Profit)  Monthly reconciliation of Bank, debtors, creditors and stock Stock count control and monitor and assets management Implement recommendation by the Internal Audit Department
