It was also the diverse clientele of my own businesses, Guiding Graphics & AEC Professionals Circle, that helped me understand the varied needs of firms across the industry. Continuously learning and expanding my skillsets, my time as Communications Director at the award-winning Marchetto Higgins Stieve Architects has shown me what it truly means to operate full service, without ever sacrificing quality. Diversifying and becoming Executive Assistant for four principals allowed me to learn how to develop and organize the I.T. department, establish and maintain the 401(k)s, and streamline the HR department with recruiting, on/off boarding, event planning, and team building. And my passion for graphic design continuously plays a part with award submissions, RFPs, advertising and marketing messaging. I have always been affable and well-rounded and as a high-level asset, I can be the firm’s biggest advocate looking to land top-tier clients, gain the recognition they deserve, offer a serious competitive edge, and achieve organizational transformation.
