✓ Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department,✓ Prepare weekly journal entries in the accounting system,✓ Prepare accrual for expansion, MTA Store and service business unit, ✓ Debrief monthly the PL situation with the management before closing deadline,✓ Coordinate and complete annual external audit,✓ Reviewing contract/agreement for any financial impact for company, ✓ Business partner with expansion team and build analysis for the potential opening store, ✓ In charge for forecast and budget for 3 business unit, ✓ Maintenance of fixed asset register and B/S reconciliation, ✓ Work with all finance team to build SOP for all business unit, ✓ Controlling the opening expense of new store with the budget, ✓ Controlling the Store for all financial aspects including but not limited to - planning with store manager for number of employee hires for the store - build analysis for store manager to take a decision for efficiency and effectiveness of the store - challenge store manager to take any actions for increasing revenue - control any activities that need investment and ensure the objective are fully achieved - also controlling the expense of the store with the budget

1. Oversee and review all staff members assigned to an engagement, including provides support, technical assistance and direction when needed.2. Mentor and develop the assistant (i.e., junior staff/associate).3. Maintains all of the staff's billable hours and acts as the main communication link between a client and the audit staff, or between the audit staff and the firm's audit managers/partners.4. Once an ausit is complete, then evaluate each staff/associate member's performance.5. Be a counsellor for an associates during the year.
