• To plan, coordinate and execute end-to-end hiring plans.• Screening, short listing, taking telephonic interview, writing accurate feedback and following-up with the candidates• Coordinate with the client for timely feedback• Negotiation and fixing of salaries.• Coordination with the client and the candidate regarding interview and joining• Maintaining the database of the daily call excel• Maintaining candidate documents and files• Reference check and document Verification of the candidates• Preparing weekly report and Monthly report• Conducting in-house joining formalities and maintaining MIS
