Hello! The 3 Core Pillars of my career are research, organization development, and social engagement.My research interests include understanding the true nature of the agents-society-reality dynamic, conceptual systems, fundamental knowledge, language & logic, human progress, productivity & mastery, artificial & natural intelligence, and figuring out how to exploit talent at scale as a means to socioeconomic transformation.Since 2016, I have been experimenting, via an innovation lab I founded, on perfecting the process of developing solution mechanisms that function at the people-product-project intersection and are of economic value, across various industries. Not all of them were terrible. It's due to my experience in this field that I managed to convince myself that "problems are solutions unarranged". I have used insights from these experiments to help transform other organizations.My social engagement activities include lectures, presentations, writings and so on. For instance, my writings have been distributed to tens of millions of people on the Quora Digest and translated to several languages. I also drive initiatives that mobilize, stimulate, and educate individuals to embrace intellectual curiosity and pursue audacious goals. Yes, the WhatsApp groups count. I have publicly spoken on topics like social transformation, technology, personal & career development, internet fraud (as an opponent, that is), critical & systematic thinking, startup & entrepreneurship, and economic growth.I like to think that these pillars interact harmoniously; that research informs my work in organizations, and those two form the foundation upon which I engage with society.
