Joined the Channel Partner team as an Account Manager. In this role, I look for and helo drive continuous process improvements by maintaining a thorough understanding of all internal systems. Prepare and conduct technical/product presentations, demonstrations and trainings. Serve as the first level escalation point for complex system questions and act as the client liaison with internal and external teams, leading cross-functional projects. In my role as an analyst, I built out client sites, which involves benefit plan rules, details, prices, text, and documents. I was testing client sites to ensure proper functionality and quality. I assisted call center through working about 30 inbound cases daily on SalesForce. One year in I was moved to the COBRA team, where I developed cross-functional relationships as a result. On my new team, I troubleshoot issues that arise within the COBRA department; develop workarounds and solution under minimal supervision and give recommendations to senior members of the COBRA team.

I analyzed and interpreted market data monthly, as well as ran revenue reports weekly to pull valuable information in order to make informed decisions. I acted as the main point of contact between the team and client to report status of projects, while working in a fast-paced environment.
