Responsible for leading a group of passionate volunteers through the planning and execution of the 2020 Return on Inclusion (ROI) Summit - Oklahoma’s largest professional diversity and inclusion conference.

As Senior Manager, I oversaw Associate Resource Group (ARG) management by ensuring alignment to business objectives; streamlining and developing processes; spearheading our ARG field implementation; and providing direct guidance to 20+ ARG leaders. Some of my additional Diversity and Inclusion contributions included:•Partnering and building strong relationships within the business to understand and support business priorities and needs.•Responsible for the creation and facilitation of the Company’s Unconscious Bias training, developed specifically for people leaders.

As a Senior Diversity & Inclusion Consultant, I supported Diversity and Inclusion Council activities and initiatives including yearly goal development, quarterly meetings, project management, cross-functional collaboration, and partnering with Affirmative Action and Employee Relations teams. Some of my key contributions in my Diversity and Inclusion roles included:• Established the charter process, operating guidelines, and budget for ONEOK’s Business Resource Group’s (BRG) expansion and oversaw 100+ employee volunteers with a focus on engagement, development, and retention.• Developed and implemented a project plan to launch the company’s Diversity and Inclusion website.• Automated and streamlined multiple processes positively impacting employees, especially in remote locations including a Resource Submission workflow to improve information available as a resource to employees, and monthly communications. • Partnered with the Human Resource Department to remodel the HR website ensuring each department’s information and documents were easily accessible to 2.6K employees.

As a Recruiting Specialist, I spearheaded full-cycle recruiting efforts and onboarding for 12 new staff members. Some of my key contributions include:• Contributed to the coordination and execution of recruiting initiatives including Trainee and Intern Programs for college recruits securing 25 trainees and 10 interns. • Collaborated with senior leaders to heighten awareness of the Employee Referral Program available to 2.3K employees nationwide increasing qualified candidate submissions.

As an Asset Protection Manager, I managed loss prevention efforts with a team of 2 associates executing plans for asset protection, safety, and risk controls. Some of my key contributions include:• Oversaw facility-wide training and development for Asset Protection and Safety Management topics.• Ensured compliance with regulations and company guidelines including proper labeling of produce, equipment reviews and training logs, fire extinguisher inspections, lockout/tag-out, money handling, and key controls.

As an Assistant Manager, I led retail store operations with a team of 20 direct reports including supervision of up to 120 employees daily, workforce planning, training and development, employee retention, customer service, and safety program implementation. Some of my key contributions include: • Modeled community outreach program participation to build company brand and motivate associates to volunteer.• Fostered an environment valuing feedback and continuous process improvement by maintaining Walmart’s Open Door Policy.
