New Model IntroductionSupport New Model introduction by creating new Model structure base on manufacturing requirement for ET(Engineering Test) and MP(Mass Production) event.Creating Bill Of Material structure process(FG: ASSY , Hand Mount, Auto, Sub Process) to support manufacturing operations in according with company objectives.Release Bill of Material, release real time in configurator to ensure shipping sales orders on time.Generate New Parts List for New Model.Support Service (creating Bill of Material for Initial Repair Parts base on sales office order.Engineering Change Notice.Updating Engineering Change Notice(local and Japan) from Production Engineering & Design.Support (Production Engineering and Procurement) for ERF/temporary ECN to consume excess stock & updating new parts into system.Responsible to follow-up with PE for pending/reject ECN to prevent leak out to Production.Determine appropriate collaboration based upon change order content & Facilities change with processowner(e.g Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing Engineer, Auto Engineer, Quality Engineer, Business Planning & etc.) to establish the readiness in the implementation of ECN.Update Work In Progress(WIP) and delete parts from system as per requested by PE for ET event.

Update parts list for Procurement and Data Control into system.Maintain Engineering Change Notice(ECN) and updating ECN Request Form(ERF) into system upon requested by Procurement and Material Control.Responsible for mediation of department members and engineering departments(document review).

Checking and inspection for incoming part especially electrical.Data entry for new parts into system.
