• Arrange and plan Mechanical department activities and project by daily, weekly, monthly and yearly• Design and plan preventive and predictive maintenance department• Monitor and control mechanical monthly and yearly cost• Conduct and arrange improvement project to increase production volume and production costing• Work with specialist and supplier to improve mill production and achieve monthly target• Report and summarise maintenance activities such as monthly report, manpower, inventory, shut down schedule etc

• Deal with emergency, unplanned problems and repairs• Work with specialist and supplier for spare parts in Mechanical department• Monitor Mechanical department cost and work order• Write to Engineering Manager monthly report for daily job, shut down jobs, and emergency break• Key in and report Mechanical department costing using Infor ERP SL software• Arrange Mechanical Department activities such as man power planning, maintenance schedule and so on.

 Design maintenance strategies, procedures and method. Working with specialist and supplier to improve mill production and machine condition. Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults. Diagnosing breakdown problems Controlling and monitoring maintenance cost. Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs. Design preventive maintenance and lubrication planning on all equipment

 To ensure effective operation of various production section and continuous improvement in machine maintenance, waste minimization and house keeping To oversee production activities such as production scheduling, maintenance plan, process control, manpower planning and output. To lead and manage a team of supervisors and operators to ensure productivity and quality target are achieved To assist a preventive maintenance, training and development, repair work and improvement project  To ensure that health, safety and environment guideline followed

Conduct paper defects test to the paper that will be produced.Example; brightness test,consistency test,turbidity test and etc.Responsible for daily report for Paper Machine Department.Monitoring the Paper Machine progress and give report to control room every 4 hours.Involved in 5s work during the shuts down time
