As a child I was intrigued by the capacity and capability of human mind in solving day to day problems in a quest for making human life better. I used to solve small household electrical & mechanical problems which led me to pursue engineering degree to widen my horizons in providing solutions to corporate audiences until I discovered bigger challenges in terms of Management & Personnel problems. My quest for solving higher & higher order problems at organizations led me to pursue my HR & other management degrees from Pune University & Symbiosis International University respectively. Humans with their thinking, feeling, emotions, motivation, learning, perception, beliefs & attitudes, behavior and other socio-cultural factors become complex beings that offer an opportunity to deal with one of the most challenging corporate environments which led me to choose my career in HR as my sense is working with a throbbing life is much challenging than working with a machine.In my current leadership HR role at Santa Fe India, I am a successful key management member with strong impact on people with Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Lifecycle Management, Employee Engagement and Disputes Management.
