Analyzing the current state of business, finding the scope of improvement and development, introducing and implementing A3 project to reach towards the vision of the organization are the most priority of my work.I have already worked with Changeover time reduction, Supervisor's skill development, improvement of inventory management system of trims & accessories store with FSN system along with implementing 5S, visual management system of cutting, sewing, finishing and store section.I am firmly determined to make my current organization as a lean organization. As a part of this I am currently working with the vision of overall lead time reduction through efficient supply chain, TPS &Lean and developing human resource. To make vision successful, I developed the Value Stream Map-Current State Condition of whole business process from order receiving to shipment.I have also identified and analyzed inconsistencies of each section along with proposal for eliminating them. Now I am giving my afford on reducing delay time and process time by developing, introducing A3 Projects, implementing those projects and Future State Map to assure the business profitability and sustainable growth.
