Roles and Responsibilities:Design, configure, develop, troubleshoot and implement baseline and custom applications to enhance the platform.Configure Applications using ServiceNow tools used in ITIL management. Strong Understanding of ITIL v3. Deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform as well as low to medium scale ServiceNow Implementations. Experience in installing and configuration of different modules of ServiceNow. Performs core configuration tasks including system policies, business rules and client scripts. Manages users, groups and roles.Manages data with tables, CMDB, import sets and update sets. Create workflow activities and approvals. Implement new workflows that use a variety of activities to understand how records are generated from workflows. Performs migration activities from Dev to QA, QA to production. Use Administration of common platform applications: Service Catalog, SLA’s, notifications etc. Manage client scripts, UI policies, UI actions. Defining Service Level Agreements, notifications etc. Develops new Applications from beginning to end. Maintains existing applications.Implement discovery in service now to populate CMDB, create discovery schedules, running discovery and troubleshooting issues.

Worked as a ServiceNow admin.Exposure to ServiceNow platform capabilities and various tools like Discovery, Service Catalog etc.
