Shama holds master’s degree in rural development, other masters in sociology and hasexperience of 23 years working with national and international non-governmentorganizations including UNICEF, Asian Development Bank and USAID funded programs in theareas of education, gender empowerment, emergency response, community mobilizationand capacity building.
