An introvert by nature, this was quite the culture shock. Over the last decade in this tough yet rewarding industry, I have overcome my social anxieties and developed a lifelong skill of resilience.I have also learned that empathy can make such a significant difference. This is a value I believe you should always bring to work, regardless of your field of employment. Learning is a lifelong journey. I'm always exploring ways to improve, whether it's mastering a new customer service tool or learning about the psychology of communication.My ultimate goal?
