Current Position-◼️ I am currently a student of one of the most reputed private University - North South University. BBA ( Major in HR)◼️Also I am learning Digital Marketing in Creative IT which is ranked 1 in Bangladesh for It's service. ◼️I am the active member of NSU-HR club which helps creating opportunities, developing HR development and leadership and I was awarded with best perfomance as well.* Successfully managing sponcor to collaborate with HR club.* Attending seminars and meeting online and offline.◼️Vacancy Hunting ( HR Firm) - Business Development Intern * SWOT Analysis of Vacancy hunting. * Promoting and marketing the company brand.* Creating innovative ideas to improve the company strategy. * Making the code of conduct of HR policy. * Attend weekly meeting sincerely. ◼️Also I am currently working in Playmaker Marketing Agency as a content writer. ◼️Successfully operating an online business page known as "bhinno-ভিন্ন" -* Marketing the brand name.* Constantly improving business strategy. * Fulfilling the customer's demand.* Communicating with suppliers and customer's to create the Business Balance. Past Experience - I was the sub-executive member in Ahoban- a non-profitable organisation which helps and motivate underprivileged children and poverty stricken people in Bangladesh. Also, I worked as an experienced volunteer in a nonprofitable organisation "Helping Hand" and again devoted myself willingly as a volunteer in HCC debating club.
